Virtually all my aunts and uncles made this dessert. We always referred to it as cheesecake, but it’s really more like a flan. I give credit to uncle Mike as he would tell you that you have to F*ck the Ricotta real good. Like the meatballs and sauce, there was always the discussion about who’s was the best.
